Daily Maintenance (Operator Only)

- Clean the equipment exterior.

- Check and tighten any visible loose bolts.

- Listen to operating noise and check for abnormal temperature rise at the motor bearings (usually not exceeding 65℃).

- Check belt tension (a downward pressure of approximately 10-15mm is ideal).

Weekly/Monthly Maintenance (Worked in conjunction with maintenance personnel and operator)

-Weekly: Thoroughly clean the inside of the screen, carefully inspect screen wear and tension. Check all discharge ports for blockages.

-Monthly: Check for aging or cracking of shock-absorbing springs or rubber pads. Check the lubrication of the main shaft bearings and add grease as required by the equipment manual. Thoroughly check the security of electrical wiring connections.

Quarterly/Annual Maintenance (Professional Maintenance Personnel Only)

-Quarterly: Replace or deep clean the grease at lubrication points. Check the wear of the drive belts and replace them in groups if necessary.

- Annual Overhaul: A comprehensive disassembly and inspection of the equipment is conducted, including:

Replacing all aged sealing strips.

Inspecting the wear clearances of core components such as bearings and eccentric blocks, replacing them as necessary.

Performing flaw detection on the screen structure (if necessary).

Performing insulation testing and maintenance on the motor.

Fault Recording and Analysis: Any faults and anomalies should be recorded in the "Equipment Maintenance File" and analyzed regularly as a basis for preventative maintenance and improvement.

By implementing this standardized operation and maintenance system, not only can safety accidents be minimized, but unplanned downtime can also be reduced to a minimum, ensuring that the planar rotary screen operates in a highly efficient and stable state for a long time.
