Watching the material gently spread out on the screen surface, spiraling outwards from the center, I realized the ingenuity of this design: it allows the material to travel a longer path on a relatively small screen surface. It's like picking beans in a winnowing basket; too much force and the beans will jump out, while gentle shaking makes it easier to separate impurities.

First Impression: Equipment Quiet Enough to "Converse"

What impressed me most was its noise control. On our existing production line, with two vibrating screens running, talking face-to-face is practically a shout. But the noise level of this circular gyratory screen, according to the technicians, is below 80 decibels. In on-site testing, it truly only emitted a low-frequency, steady hum; we could even have a normal conversation next to the equipment.

This quiet design offers more than just impressive numerical results; it means workers no longer have to endure a day of deafening noise while wearing heavy earplugs, and the workshop environment is no longer an unpleasantly noisy space. For companies like ours facing labor shortages, improving the working environment may be a crucial step in retaining experienced workers.

Furthermore, its fully enclosed structure impressed me greatly. Our current equipment has poor sealing, the workshop is always foggy, and the floor is always covered with a layer of fine dust. But this circular gyratory screen, from feeding to discharging, is completely sealed and dust-free, with absolutely no sign of dust escaping.
