The composite vibrating screen mainly consists of three modules: the screen box body, the vibrating exciter, and the elastic support system. The screen box body is welded from high-quality manganese steel or 304 stainless steel. Internally, multiple layers of screens with different apertures are laid out according to the design. The surface is treated with a special process to form a wear-resistant layer, capable of withstanding continuous material impact. The vibrating exciter, as the power core, uses the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block to form a stable excitation source, ensuring constant amplitude during long-term operation.
Working Principle of the 2045 Composite Vibrating Screen:
The composite vibrating screen mainly utilizes the motion of an eccentric machine to achieve a high-standard, fine screening process that simulates manual screening. Its motion is a uniform reciprocating rotary motion, with an inclination angle typically between 3 and 9 degrees. The material undergoes a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually transitioning to an elliptical motion along its length, and finally to an approximately reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. After entering the screen body through the feed inlet, the material is evenly distributed across the screen surface under the influence of inertial shaking. Smaller particles below the material layer pass through the screen quickly, while larger particles move upwards towards the discharge end, achieving high-efficiency and high-precision screening.
