The screen box stroke is 25-60 mm, and it can be designed for double or single screening, simultaneously screening five materials from 6 mesh to 140 mesh.
The 2040 square gyratory screen consists of a screen box, screens, vibrator, support device, and drive motor. The screen box, typically square in shape, can hold multiple layers of screens and is responsible for carrying and screening materials. Its right-angled structure allows for stronger airflow at the boundary areas, effectively preventing material accumulation at the screen frame edges.
The screen assembly, a key component, is usually made of 304 stainless steel or nylon, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Different mesh sizes can be selected according to screening requirements. A bouncing ball cleaning device is installed at the bottom of the screen frame, utilizing the impact force generated by the screen movement to achieve automatic screen cleaning.
The vibrator, powered by an electric motor, causes the screen box to sway and shake, simultaneously applying horizontal rotational force and vertical vibration force to the screen mesh. It is the core component responsible for the screen box's movement.
The support device ensures the stability of the screen box; common structures include universal joints and spring supports.
The drive motor provides power to the vibrator.
