Production process of natural sand:

The natural sand production line is different from the machine-made sand production line and does not require crushing. Natural sand usually needs to be washed to achieve the purpose of cleaning and coarse screening. The wet sand after washing is evenly transported to the drying system to remove the moisture content in the natural sand. The dried natural sand is transported to the vibrating screening equipment for coarse screening, and then evenly transported to the square swing screen for fine screening to obtain the natural sand product required for production.
