In the starch production process, screening equipment is mainly used for screening, grading and separation of impurities. Screening can effectively remove impurities, thereby obtaining a purer starch product. Fine screening is a key link in determining the quality of starch products. Traditional vibrating screens often face problems such as easy blockage of screen holes, insufficient precision and low efficiency. In order to improve screening efficiency and ensure starch quality, attention should be paid during production operations:

1. Ensure the cleanliness of the screen to avoid residues affecting the screening effect;

2. Control the pouring speed of starch materials and convey and screen them in a uniform manner;

3. Reasonably adjust the speed of the screening equipment to avoid too fast or too slow screening results;

4. The impurities and pure starch after screening should be stored separately to avoid confusion.

Starch, as the basic principle in the fields of food, medicine, and chemical industry, has extremely high requirements for fine screening. Taking corn starch as an example, it is necessary to achieve accurate screening and grading of 80-200 mesh (0.075-0.18mm). Traditional screening equipment is prone to fiber adhesion, which leads to screen clogging, directly affecting the screening efficiency.
